Youth Athletes

I work with youth athletes from 8 years old upwards, to support them in navigating the challenges of sport, such as frustration, nerves, self-doubt, pressure, self-comparison, among many other areas; as well as identifying their strengths. Our sessions work around school times, including Sunday mornings when necessary.

I aim to upskill young athletes with psychological skills and adaptive mindsets that they can apply for the rest of their sporting career. I also offer ad-hoc sessions to help clients prepare for competitions or check in after challenges and setbacks. 

​

I hold an enhanced DBS certificate, as well as being safeguarding trained.

Skills Sessions

Sessions will involve learning, developing and reviewing psychological skills and strategies, completely tailored to the youth athlete. We will work collaboratively to help them overcome challenges and master their mind!
